The purpose of this blog is to share my love of crochet with others. I try to provide free, easy to make, amigurumi patterns that I have written. Amigurumi is fun to make, but frustrating when doing complicated patterns. The patterns in my blog are as simple as possible while still making an adorable plushie.

A family of crochet
I teach 7th grade, and it all started when some of my students wanted to learn how to crochet. Everything I learned at first, I learned so I could teach them. This slowly evolved into a fun side business. I still teach students to crochet every year. One of my recent learners is my son who placed 2nd in a State Fiber Arts competition and is on his way to compete nationally. My daughter also started crocheting in 2nd grade and is quickly becoming a great crocheter as well.
